These are really easy to make and they are a great pick-me up afternoon snack.

All dosha types could indulge if in balance – Ayurveda offers guidelines for living in balance with our constitution, but few people will follow them every single day. The thing is to be balanced aim your approach.

The caffeine can put Vata and Pitta types out of balance if indulged a lot, the oily tahini if eaten in large quantities can put Kapha types out of balance, but in moderation when your constitution is in balance – my book explains all this really simple – these chocolate rose halva balls are a real treat.

Simply mix together 1/2 cup light tahini, 1 teaspoon raw honey, 1 tablespoon cacao powder (can use cocoa), few drops of rose water – yum
